As a preface: I’m sorry to the friends, co-workers and family, whose calls I haven’t returned in several weeks now.
We’re knee deep in our beta program and we have real, actual customers using (really and actually) our product. While we’ve been up and running for a few months, this is the first full trial of our site with a group that represents diverse customer archetypes.
I’m thrilled to say that feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. We certainly have bugs and we’re still sorting out the best solution to the problem we’re trying to solve but we’re absurdly lucky to have an enthusiastic group of users help us get there.
Dan and I are reviewing and discussing our stats on a daily basis, and we’re excited to be closer to the L(aunch) word.
I’ve taken a ton of photos and video of the sessions which I’ll publish when I can sort through them. In the mean time, working with businesses using our tools is by far the most fun I’ve had so far. LOVE this.
